Villa Overview

Villa Punta Coral has a lot to offer for those looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a very private setting, away from the hustle and bustle.
The villa dates from 2004 and was completely renovated in 2011.

Main room

very spacious main room (100 m²) with 180° view of the ocean through the large windows

Bedrooms

2 main bedrooms on each side of the main room, each with a kingsize bed, ample closet space, ceiling fan and a terrace with ocean view. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with large shower stall, washbasin and toilet.

Security

At the entrance of the property there is ample parking space close to the house of the watchman. The watchman, Radhames, offers permanent security (24/7), works as a gardener and takes care of the swimming pool.
Animals are not accepted due to the presence of our guard dogs.

Housekeeping

Radhames’ wife Sandra works as the housekeeper. She cleans the house daily (5 hours), changes the sheets (twice a week) and changes linen (3 times a week). Upon request (and of course for an extra fee), Sandra can wash and iron your personal clothes or prepare a delicious local dish.

Amenities

A number of extra amenities are available, including ventilators, large mosquitoe nets over each bed, iron and ironing board, all-in-one HIFI system, 32″ television with Altice satellite and USB connection.
Free internet via wifi is available.
Villa Punta Coral has standard American-style power outlets at 110V, and several European-style 220V outlets in the kitchen area.
