The villa dates from 2004 and was com­pletely renovated in 2011.

• guest bathroom with toilet and sink near the main entrance

Kitchen and bar

• large open kitchen/​bar
• fully equipped kitchen (large fridge/​freezer, electric oven, micro​wave, four burner stove, toasters, mixers, kitchen aid, coffee maker, etc)
• large storage room with safe and gas water heater
• breakfast table in bamboo

Bedrooms

• 2 main bedrooms on each side of the main room, each with a kingsize bed, ample closet space, ceiling fan and a terrace with ocean view. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with large shower stall, wash­basin and toilet.
• mezzanine with 2 queen​size beds, ceiling fan and large terrace overlooking the front lawn

Terrace & swimming pool

• large terrace with a table that easily seats 12 people and offers a 180° view of the Samaná Bay
